I was able to achieve my goal and more! I lost 20 lbs and feel so much better in my skin. I have struggled with my weight this past year and was at my heaviest at the end of February. This challenge couldn’t have come at a better time.
I made some changes to my workout routine, I never lift without my vegan shake, pre and post workout and Slim+. Eating small regular healthful meals throughout the day really helped me break through my plateau.
