Did you achieve your goal? How did it make you feel?: My goal was to gain some lean muscle and decrease my body fat percentage by 3 points. I gained 6 to 7 pounds of lean muscle and I became both stronger and leaner. This challenge helped me to be a lot more conscious of what I eat and how eat. I also feel like I know my body better this go around like never before. I feel empowered to DO and WIN another challenge. What small steps did you take to be successful this month?: The small steps that I took to be successful this month are: -Going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week for the 8 weeks consistently. -Using the IDLIFE Pre/Post workout, Vegan Shake, ID Nutrition, Hydrate, and LEAN daily! -Meditating/visualizing on my goal(s) daily -Recruited an accountability partner.
