I was able to achieve my goal! It feels great knowing I’m making the progress I wanted to by this point in time 90 days later. I still have more to this transformation and fitness journey, but I’m very happy with my progress so far!
My success came from working out consistently 5-6 days a week, at least moving my body for 30 minutes every day for a workout, I made sure to do my physical therapy movements 6 days a week before or after my workouts. I also made sure to focus on my diet. I focused on limiting my sugar intake, eliminated dairy, eliminated white grains, and watched my portion control. I by no means had to “diet”, but simply made sure to make healthy choices for my body.
I utilized IDLife products along the way! I love taking energy, post workout, hydrate, IDNutrition, and substituting multiple lunches or breakfasts with an IDLife shake as a meal replacement or sometimes as a healthy snack. I love using IDLife’s products to help keep me going and on track to achieve my goals!
