The goal was to continue to put on new muscle, refill previously hard-earned muscle bodies/bellies, lose fat, and to continue becoming the healthiest version of my physical, mental, and spiritual self, as well as wanting to look great for June born-day father-and-son pictures with my soon-to-be 1 year old son! 🧔🏾👶🏽😎
Goal: ACHIEVED! It feels great to be back on track, looking and feeling good. In fact, at the start of the year, I couldn’t even fit into shorts in the “After” pic; now, they fit—and are even a bit loose! I’m definitely gonna continue on the healthy path. HalleluYah!
I achieved this by:- Working out on a firm fat loss and muscle building/bodybuilding regimen
– Following a disciplined, yet flexible, healthy, beneficial nutrition/meal plan
– Trying to get sufficiently rejuvenating rejuvenative sleep, and at the most ideal time
– Utilizing the IDLife DNA Kit and implementing the report results into both the fitness and nutrition plans, respectively, to maximize the positive results thereof
– Continuing to use the IDLife products (Hydrate, Sleep Strips, personalized vitamins and supplements, Pre- and Post-Workout, Lean, Slim+!!!)
