As we promised, we want to keep you completely informed of what is happening at IDLife and how we are addressing this national emergency known as COVID19.
Based on the advice of industry experts, and at the request of local, state and federal officials, we have instituted our Business Continuity Protocol. All IDNutrition and Warehouse/Logistics personnel will continue business as usual. To reduce the chances of social contamination to the IDNutrition Room and Warehouse, all other personnel will immediately move to our zero-interruption, work-from-home arrangement to ensure continuity of workflow and consistent support for the field. Our Customer Advocate Team is working normal hours, and will be standing by to answer any questions you may have, and help you in any way they can. To further mitigate the risk of contamination to the IDNutrition Room or Warehouse, the IDLife Corporate Office will be locked, and customer-pickup of products is being suspended; If you have a will call order you would like to convert to be shipped to you, please reach out at your earliest convenience.
Our Business Continuity Protocol has been vetted, tested and designed to insure you have all the support you need for your businesses, that products continue to be shipped and received as expected, and that our employees’ health and safety are prioritized. We cannot say enough how serious each one of our employees is taking their jobs, and the care they are giving to doing their small part to support you during this time.
In addition to the measures above, we are also postponing Revolution 2020 from its scheduled dates of April 16-18, 2020. We are tentatively scheduling a free virtual event for Saturday, April 18, 2020, at which all of the amazing announcements, new product launches and trainings, along with a few added surprises, will be revealed. During the virtual event, all the details surrounding the rescheduled Revolution 2020 will be announced. Don’t worry, your previously purchased tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event.
We are in close discussions with federal, state, and local health agencies. Rest assured, your businesses are being protected and are our top priority. While history may mock and judge those who overreacted to this situation, regret is something we pray no one has to experience because they didn’t do everything they could to take this matter seriously.
