Did you achieve your goal? How did it make you feel?: I did not meet my initial goal this month. My weight stayed the same, but my body clearly has continued to change. I feel good about where I am and what I have accomplished. What small steps did you take to be successful this month?: I continue to work on my diet (I still struggle with sugar) and on average went to the gym 4 days a week. I need to start working in some Cardio.
