Did you achieve your goal? How did it make you feel?: I met my short-term goal (goal weight 210 lbs) and am well on my to my long-term goal (BMI in mid-20\’s). More importantly, I have started my ultimate goal of better health and wellness for my baby-due in June! Since starting with IDLife at 250 lbs, I have lost more weight and successfully kept it off than any of my previous health goal attempts. Even at the start of this promotion, I still weighted over 225 lbs. Losing this additional weight by using IDLife products has helped me feel better not just physically, but emotionally.
What small steps did you take to be successful this month?: I made sure to incorporate the Energy and Hydrate products into my training. Both really helped me feel like I was getting the most out of my day, especially the Energy. I also alternated between the Vanilla Bean and Chocolate flavored shakes; mixing them with half cold water and half unsweetened almond milk made them taste excellent. These small steps contributed greatly to my goal success.
