Did you achieve your goal? How did it make you feel?: I did achieve my body fat% goal of 20%! I lost a total of 12lbs! I feel like a rockstar! I was working my full time job, coaching high school softball, & working part time at a restaurant on the weekends. I love the IDLife products so much I signed up to be an associate during my Experience. IDLife has helped change my life & I feel like I’m glowing from the inside out! What small steps did you take to be successful this month?: I took my Nutrition, Shakes, Lean, & Hydrate daily. I had Shakes for 1-2 of my meals a day, sometimes blended, mixed with yogurt, or protein pancakes. I got very creative with the Shake powder. I tried to workout out about 3-4 times a week, I took my Lean before every workout, drank an Energy during, & made Post after every workout. I meal prepped everyday & cut out the sugary drinks with my Hydrate.
