Did you achieve your goal? How did it make you feel?: I not only met my goal but exceeded it. I thought that I would lose a little weight but wound up losing almost 20 pounds. At the start of this competition I weighed 225 pounds, today I weigh 208 pounds. My confidence is back and I no longer have anxiety when it comes to working out in a public gym. I finally have my safe space back at the gym and I am again reaping the physical and mental benefits from it. I also have worn my bikini MORE this year than I did. What small steps did you take to be successful this month?:What small steps did you take to be successful this month?:I dialed in on my nutrition, found a support system and worked out twice a day. If anything this process opened the doors for me and I met so many amazing people at the gym who encouraged me daily. I diligently counted my macros and used ID Life Hydrate to recover from the exercise was putting myself through.
