Did you achieve your goal? How did it make you feel?: Yes I was able to decrease some size of my midsection. I was able to see some overall results with my strength and conditioning. Great spring board as we head into Spring.
What small steps did you take to be successful this month?: I had a Vegan Shake every morning and added another serving at nigh when an additional workout was achieved. Still enjoy allowing myself the foods I want when I went but still getting results with the 3 Steps.
