Did you achieve your goal? How did it make you feel?: Not quite but I feel better and had fun on the journey. The scale says I only lost 4 pounds and 3 inches but I feel like I’ve lost a ton of emotional dead weight. It’s challenging for me to maintain a balanced work/personal life and when the scales tipped towards working more than personal, 20 pounds hit me like a ton of bricks. I was frustrated and emotionally drained about letting myself go. Working out always feels good but having a support system to get you started and to motivate you to keep going makes a world of difference.
What small steps did you take to be successful this month?: I took my Lean and Energy more consistently, also made better food choices.
