Did you achieve your goal? How did it make you feel?: DEFINITELY on my way to a healthier me! Saw a lot of improvement in the way I look and feel. My clothes that I haven’t worn in a long time fit now and feel good on my body. My old clothes that I’ve been wearing look good in a stack in my closet! 😉I’m doing weight and inches… 30 Days and I feel GREAT! New lifestyle…… Not a 30 day challenge, just the first 30 days.
