Did you achieve your goal? How did it make you feel?: Hi! This has been my first serious competition for a long time and the experience was amazing. I had the goal of cutting weight and getting back in shape, thanks to this contest, I’m very happy with the progress. So grateful for this experience!
What small steps did you take to be successful this month?: I began this contest weighing around 224lbs. As a full-time college student and a part-time delivery driver, I had to do most of my workouts early in the mornings (6am). I did this 5-times a week with the help of IDLife Energy and used Hydrate as a post-workout supplement with my protein. I joined the Texas A&M University Powerlifting team to get back into strength training (which took place 3 times a week). This contest really got me motivated to strive to be an athlete again and I’m so thankful for this experience.
